First Low-carbon Practice Model Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Northern Ecological New District grid-connected

Recently, the photovoltaic power generation project of Liuzhou Smart Grid Industrial Park was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. This is the first green and low-carbon practice model in the Northern Ecological New District, with the capacity of approximately 4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, which will effectively alleviate the electricity pressure in the new district.

According to the report, the photovoltaic power generation project of Liuzhou Smart Grid Industrial Park utilizes the rooftop of the park to build a distributed photovoltaic power station, with a total area of about 30,000 square meters. The project can effectively supplement the power supply of the park, with an expected annual power generation of about 4 million kilowatt-hours, saving 1,292 tons of standard coal annually and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 3,132 tons. According to the calculation based on the project operation period of 25 years, it is expected to save about 10 million yuan in electricity costs for enterprises in the park, with significant economic, social, and environmental benefits. The project's grid-connected power generation marks a significant step towards a new stage of green and low-carbon development in the smart grid industrial park. Also, it will help alleviate the environmental protection pressure on the power industry in the new district and play a positive role in driving the rapid development of the local economy.
