Recently, Department of Industry and Information Technology and Department of Finance of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued a notice to organize and carry out the project for the digital transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in 2024. The project focuses on supporting the digital transformation of key industries such as automobiles and machinery, exploring future industry application scenarios such as artificial intelligence, and forming replicable and promotable templates. This is a significant benefit for a wide range of industrial enterprises, and software and information technology service enterprises in Liuzhou City.

It is understood that the project particularly supports three directions: chain digital transformation, typical application scenarios of smart modification, digital transformation and network connection, and the software and information technology service industry. Among them, leading enterprises applying for chain digital transformation projects are encouraged to share solutions and toolkits, driving the overall digital transformation of the upstream and downstream industrial chain; the initiative aims to promote the development of industrial Internet and key industrial chains in "chain-network synergy", undertake collaborative procurement, manufacturing and other applications, support key industries in building "industrial brains", and aggregate industrial data resources to serve the entire industry's transformation, upgrading, and governance capability improvement.
