Recently, China's auto industry has witnessed its new historic moment. SAIC-GM-Wuling's 25,000,000th vehicle was completed on the production line, making SAIC-GM-Wuling become China's first national auto company with a cumulative production and sales of 25 million vehicles.

It is understood that this is the resilience and strength that Liuzhou's auto companies have demonstrated. Since last year, the global automotive industry has faced unprecedented challenges. SAIC-GM-Wuling accelerated the implementation of its “strong chip” strategy and built a domestic chip test, verification and application platform. More than 5 million domestically-made chips have been put into use in Wuling's automobile products, and the localization rate of model chips has been increased rapidly. As the first Chinese auto company to go global with the whole industrial chain, SAIC-GM-Wuling's overseas markets cover more than 40 countries and regions including Central America, South America, Middle East, Africa, etc. In October of this year, SAIC-GM-Wuling’s sales volume of vehicles has reached 200,000, a year-on-year increase of 12%, ranking first among national brands.
