Recently, the Network Security Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the notice on the identification results of the pilot project of identity authentication and security trust for Internet of Vehicles. The “Project of Vehicle Cloud Communication Network Trust Technology Application” participated by SGMW was successfully shortlisted as one of the security trust pilot project units.

It is learned that the project, involving vehicle and cloud security communication as well as vehicle and equipment security communication, is committed to building the security system of Intelligent Connected Vehicle. Combined with specific demonstration projects, it actively explores cross-industry entity authentication and security trust service support, constructs the identity authentication and security trust system of the Internet of Vehicles, and promotes the application of commercial passwords, so as to ensure the security of on-board communication. Moreover, SGMW will actively implement the national development plan on new energy and the Internet of Vehicles, carrying out the password application demonstration of the two key scenarios of “Vehicle-Cloud” and “Vehicle-Equipment”, conducting ecological cooperation and communication with relevant research institutes, universities and security manufacturers, cooperating to guide the industrial innovation and development, so as to provide security support for the development of the Internet of Vehicles.
