LiuGong recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the intelligent transformation project of loader. It means that the project has officially entered the plant construction stage, so as the construction of LiuGong loader lighthouse factory.

It is learned that the project, an intelligent upgrading and transformation of the manufacturing unit of the loader business group by fully using the cutting-edge technology of industry 4.0, is one with the largest single investment and the highest intelligent level of the group at present. Moreover, it will build 110,000 square meters of new plant and 90,000 square meters of reconstructed plant in two phases, the first phase will be completed in April 2022 and delivered for use in August 2022. The design of the project is based on the principle of lean, fewer people and maximization of per capita output. Workshops and finished product warehouses such as structural parts, general assembly, gears, whole machine commissioning and beautification will be built. Among them, after the loader lighthouse factory is put into operation, it will achieve an annual output of 30,000 high-end loaders and land loaders, and realize the comprehensive intelligence of mechanical manufacturing through the wide application of online detection, MES, data collection and WMS.
