According to Liuzhou Municipal Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Bureau, a total of 4,398,500 tourists were received in Liuzhou during the National Day holiday, up by 25.9% on a comparable basis. Tourism consumption reached 3.161 billion yuan, an increase of 33.4% on a comparable basis. The number of tourist receptions increased steadily, and tourism consumption continued to recover at a faster pace.

During the holiday, the Baili Liujiang River Cruise added a daily tour program; nearly 20,000 tourists enjoyed Liujiang River by boat, experiencing the cultural heritage of Liuzhou. The “Internet Celebrity” effect of Liuzhou river snails rice noodle continued to boost the development of tourism. Tourists from all over the country came to Liuzhou river snails rice noodle restaurants with their suitcases in line, becoming a distinctive view in Liuzhou’s streets. Visionland Theme Park and Crete Bay Waterpark held night theme activities. Mengwu Miao Village Ethnic Style Street, Yaobu Ancient Town and other leisure blocks launched street art performances, glow-in market and other trend activities, creating a consumption picture of Liuzhou’s “night economy”.
