It is a kind of Muslim (the Huis) snack with the longest history in Liuzhou flavour snacks. It is operated by Maji Muslim Hall in sha Street (presently Liujiang Road) before liberation, or sold on the streets and lanes. It is elaborately prepared and distinctive level, it is sweet smell & crisp, smooth, not oily, outstanding flavour and having interest.
